I had to bring my chihuahua in for an emergency surgery. Though this was not me regular vet, they immediately took action to take care of my dog, providing everything she needed, plus things she would benefit from but didn’t necessarily need. I got a full list of what she needed done and it was confirmed with me before we proceeded. The receptionist was very patient as I asked a million questions about everything from the procedure to the cost. All of this was on a Saturday afternoon. They prioritized my dogs health and made sure she got the surgery she needed. I got multiple updates about her, and was able to get my dog a few days later, looking absolutely amazing. I would have liked two separate lists of what she needed, one with what was necessary, and a second with the extra stuff, mostly because I can’t afford all of the things all at once. They sent me home with everything my dog might need, and gave clear instructions. And to top it off, they have made sure to text me to check in on my dog and her recovery.

Was very happy that the actual veterinarian spoke to me about the condition of my dog and did not put any pressure on me to decide what I wanted to do told me to think about it over the weekend and get back with them if wanted to start testing ,

I had a great experience here. I have an elderly cat who is doing well with the exception of severe DJD/osteoarthritis. Dr. Thomas provided wonderful care, including quality supplements, to provide pain relief and enhance her quality of life and she gave sound advice and suggestions. The care and concern I received for my pet was beyond just throwing some medicines my way to fix the problem and I am truly grateful. The staff was also extremely professional and kind. I will definitely be back!

The experience was totally positive. Krinkles was well taken care of and is doing very well following her surgery and treatment. Every step was thoroughly explained to me and the staff clearly loves the animals they care for. I will continue going there for Krinkles follow up care.

I did not look at my bill before I was there because the girl explained them, but she failed to
Mention the $60.00 charge for extended office charge.
I made the appt because Cali was itching, which she still is.
The vet had to explain how to raise and feed a dog, pretending to get to know me.
I did not come there for a personal relationship with the vet.
She should take that time and do more research or schooling on how to treat the patient, not give me instructions on dog care.
I will not be using coming back with Cali and will definitely will not recommend your services to anybody and will warn them that you have a limited time with a patient.
