As a new client to our practice, you can expect a friendly country atmosphere!
When you arrive for your appointment, you will be greeted warmly by the Receptionist; who will collect both personal and pet information, as well as a brief history for the doctor.
Note: If your pet has had previous health problems, let us know, and we can get the records faxed beforehand. This will ensure that your pet gets the best possible veterinary care.
The Veterinary Technician will take you and your pet into the exam room, get a weight and take the pet's photo. The veterinarian will see you next, examine your pet, answer your questions and plan further diagnostics or treatments as necessary. You will be provide with further educational information and answer routine wellness, home care and/or food questions you may have.
The Receptionist will handle the invoicing/payment and schedule any needed follow up appointments. Payment options are: Interac, Visa, MasterCard, Internet Bill Payment ( TD, RBC, SB) and e-transfer sent to [email protected]
If you provide us with an email address then a short post-visit survey will be emailed to you. Please take the time to fill it out we are open to suggestion that will improve our service to you!
