For years I have come in arriving first am, received injection and on way. This time I was told I did not have appointment by the young girls at the front and sat forover an hour before Chris found out I was there and came and got me
When patients arrive without an appointment we will work the patient in if we have an open appointment time. If there is no appointment time available then the wait to be worked in is longer. We suggest that an appointment be made prior to coming in.

My appointment was expedited due to a needed referral. My wait time was normal considering the circumstance and the staff was helpful and courteous.

I was very pleased with staff at Conroe Willis Family Medicine. After feeling ill for several days, I was able to see a physician very quickly.

I have always had an excellent experience here. I did not wait long, I received a breathing test, also without any wait; and a breathing treatment as well. I have no complaints. The staff and nurses were helpful and very nice, as always.

Excellent, very Professional. It was so good that I'm thinking to come back just for talk.

I suggest that when a doctor receives a blood test report that he asked you to take, that he spends a few minutes explaining the High and Low items shown on the report. Just handing the report to a patient and let them leave the office without explanation only stresses the patient more when they see the report with High and Low readings and do not know what they mean.
