Made appoint for oil change special at $26.95. When I checked in, said I had appoint for Internet oil change special. The guy behind the counter took the car, prepared the paperwork, and asked me to sign it. Saw the estimate was $44.95 and questioned it. He said that was the normal price and it would be adjusted down at checkout. When car was done, same guy was preparing invoice and asked if I had AAA and I said yes. He said OK that will be $41.95. Again questioned why not $26.95. He said oh, I will adjust it down. Why advertise a special if all they do is ignore it repeatedly? Irritating.
