I took my touch screen HP to A Plus because the screen was broken. They charged me to take the screen off, but couldn't find a replacement because they weren't in stock anywhere. They told me they would follow up when one became available. I used the computer for quite a while with no touch screen, then I took it to another repair shop closer to my house because I didn't want to take it all the way back to Bellevue. The person at that shop told me I got ripped off because every repair shop knows that HP will fix the screens for free. I sent it in to HP and they fixed the screen for free. Needless to say, I'm thoroughly disappointed with A Plus.
