As always, William was his usual friendly, efficient, and meticulous self when he was recently in to repair my printer (those are all traits that seem to be hard to come by this day in age w/service personnel). I also appreciate how quickly we can usually get William here to deal w/a problem.

5 stars.I have been dealing with Laser Printer Resource for 10 years and they had provided service to our firm several years before.We are a property managements company that still prints a large volume of paperwork and our HP Laser printers are over 10 years old credited to the great service we get from Andy and William. They just solved several issues that popped up recently when I tried to use an idle printer and a network printer with a new computer-Thanks. On that note, back to work...
