Yea, come here. My people! Professional! Customer service is A1. Ive already recommended them to 2 people that are setting appointments today. I understood my treatment plan before leaving, asked a million questions and they were all answered as if it was the first time I’d asked. Dr & staff are great!

I’ve worked in healthcare for 25 years and I know about service recovery. I had a very bad experience at this office and was hesitant about returning. Today I felt very uncomfortable. There was a lot of side chatter & conversations going on behind my head. I could immediately tell that the assistant had prior knowledge of my previous experience and she was very evasive while discussing my treatment. I just did not feel welcomed at all. I have permanent numbness to my tongue and scarring. I have a lot of anxiety related to multiple bad dental experiences & I think the overall visit could have gone better. I felt very rushed and I also requested to be seen by Justin at the time I made this appointment. It is very disheartening to have went through what I did and be treated as a problematic patient when I was injured by your staff. I know for certain that my tooth was in need of a root canal and I also know it was further damaged by not having a guard in place; then being hit when he lost control of the instrument. Today was very stressful for me and the overall experience was not good.
