Unfortunately, when we got our rig home after some routine maintenance at Leale's, I noticed a bit of body damage. I called them the next day and they said, Bring it back. They didn't doubt us at all that the damage was done while the rig was at their shop. They told us they would fix it, but warned us that their body shop was backed up, super busy, and they couldn't promise when it might get done. However, they said if we needed it, we could come get it to use whenever we want. Turns out that only a week went by before we got a call telling us it was ready. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the fix was done right. Couldn't believe how much care they took to get it right. Even the decal on the spare tire cover was re-created from scratch by a printer shop that they know. I was impressed at not just how quickly and efficiently they handled things, but because of the fact they didn't try to push back and say the damage wasn't their fault. Very good experience, and we really appreciate it.
