My husband took Sam in knowing that he needed his fecal and his heart worms checked but decided that instead to get his rabies shot, his wellness check and then get his nails trimmed. We are going on a trip tomorrow and we're going to get all of his tests done when we got back. He called the vet told them that was what he was coming in for and that's all.

The tech took sam into the back to do his shots and his nails after doing the exam in front of us. Then came back, recommended the k9 wellness exam once a year(which we were planning on doing when we got back) and sent Cooper on his way. We were charged for a wellness exam at 122 dollars. Blood was drawn without consent and that was not checked with my husband before taking my dog back into the examination room. I do not appreciate being charged for something we did not agree to. Normally our service here is wonderful but, yesterday was less than satisfactory and now we are out 122 dollar the day before our trip.

Truthfully I was very disappointed with my experience boarding my dogs at Legacy Vet Clinic. For the price and the fact that this is a veterinary office I expected a higher level of care. Both dogs were filthy when I picked them up & their bed was completely soiled, making me question how often they had been walked or attended to. They easily go all day or all night without accidents at home. One of our dogs is diabetic. I had carefully measured and labeled his food. We returned home with an extra

bag of food. Either he was not fed one of his meals (he never skips meals) or he was fed a larger portion of food that was clearly labeled for our other dog; either of these would be potentially problematic for a diabetic dog & should have been communicated to me.

Front desk was Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kelly was very thorough and I really appreciated it. One thing I would recommend is a follow up phone call to see how my pet is doing. Overall, very good experience.
