New office environment is horrible. Office is austere, cold, too bright. While looking at frames I had the thought I was in a disco bar, all that was missing was the mirror ball. Music is obnoxious and way too loud. Desk staff is not nearly as friendly as former employees were. I miss the warmth and service oriented atmosphere as when Dr. Quay was there.

And, selection of frames is lacking and appears to include only high ticket items.

This is truly just a business now, all about the bottom line. In the past I always recommended this practice, no more. I'll be looking elsewhere.

Dr. Rajha is a warm and caring professional. I usually am uncomfortable with new doctors but the first time I saw her, I immedialtely felt as ease. She listens when you speak and looks at you while you do speak. Some doctors just nod and go uh-huh. Not Dr. Rajha. The person who helps pick out glasses, I think her name is JoAnne is also wonderful. She was a delight when picking out frames and knew which ones fit me best. I received many compliments from people when I wore the new glasses. Finally, the receptionist I spoke to on the phone is warm and doesn't rattle off the "Good morning, this is so and so's office. My name is" and you can barely understand a word they say. Not this receptionist. She spoke slowly and clearly and made me feel important. This is an excellent practice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

She was great ! My prescription is perfect! I explained every eye issue I was having that Ive told to other doctors and she just said my eyes were dry try eye drops something so simple that none of the other docs have told me. Im on my 3rd brand of trial contact lenses and they have been nothing but patient with me to help figure out what brand works best. I love it here!
