I had my teeth cleaned promptly at 8:10AM Monday. I checked out at 9;45AM. It wasn't a great way to start my week! My cleaning was done well, but took forever. I miss Judy.
Also I don't recall that Delta Dental is no longer accepted . I didn't receive an email about it either. Thank God I had a working credit card to cover my $230.bill.
We appreciate your feedback. Delta Dental letters were mailed to all our patients in March 2021 explaining that we would be out of network come July 12th. We are still submitting to Delta insurance on behalf of the patient. In turn, Delta will mail the patient a reimbursement check. I'm glad to hear that your cleaning was done well. Please note that it does take time to establish a relationship with a new hygienist.
