I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany on some Rx sunglasses and she was super helpful, patient, professional, and competent. I called around to a handful of practices, and chose to give my business to Lens Doctors for my purchase because of the wonderful experience I had from start to finish (even choosing not to give my business to my own doctor's practice). Extremely pleased with my experience. Nicole & Dr. Sutherland made the whole process smooth and painless. I was clear that I intended to get an rx to get glasses online and at no point did I ever feel pressured to purchase glasses there. Would 100% recommend.

Overall very pleasant staff. Saw Dr. Sutherland for eye exam and she was very professional and helpful in the diagnosis and treatment plan for my dry eye problems. Highly recommended.

I love this place. All the ladies were so awesome. From the Opthalmologist to the Opticians and even the Optical Tech. Just a great crew of people. They make you feel welcome.

As usual, all of the employees were very professional and helpful. The biggest shock was my cost even with insurance. I needed new bifocals but, I couldn't afford them after my copay. I was also, informed that the company was sold. I don't know what to make of it.
