I just recently moved to the area and after moving to a few new places over the last few years and not having consistent dental work, I knew it was time to find my new "go-to" dentist since I just bought a house here. I did a bunch of research online and positive reviews led me to check out Leominster Family Dental. I contacted them via their online form and unlike so many places when you submit those online forms, they actually got back to me within an hour or so. They informed me they do take my insurance and were accepting new clients, so they asked me to give them a call. I did and they were incredibly friendly and got me setup with my first appointment. Upon showing up and walking in, I was very impressed. The place is very clean and nicely designed. The staff at the front are very friendly and helpful. I filled out my paperwork and was called in almost immediately. They have about 12 rooms, so they are able to accommodate a lot of patients which is great (and they have night and Saturday hours). I hadn't been to the dentist in about 1.5 years and I knew my teeth weren't in perfect shape and was very embarrassed about it. But they never ONCE made me feel bad about it. They actually told me I was in good shape, just needed a little work, and they'd have me back to new in no time. Kristi was awesome, cleaned my teeth, and took the time to get me setup with the Dr. I took the day off from work to be at this appointment and due to wanting to get everything done at once, they asked me if I wanted to come back later in the day to get the filling that broke (previous dentist did a poor job with it) fixed. I was very happy they had an appointment and came back later that day. Dr. Allison Ferris took care of me this time. Equally as kind and awesome as Kristi, she and her assistant took GREAT care of me and fixed my filling perfectly and quickly. They also explained a perfect "plan" on how to stay on the right track going forward with my teeth. Personally, I hate going to the dentist and have avoided it whenever possible. But honestly after going here, I'm happy to have them as my dentists and I am not dreading future work or cleanings. If there was a way to sum up a "perfect" experience, I'd say my first time here was incredible. I'm looking forward to being a long term patient of Dr. Ferris and LFD!
