Customer service was excellent. After being told by Maxwell Ford that I would need to leave my truck at the dealership for two weeks, Leonard's Garage took care of my service needs in a single day. Some small garages can be a little shady, so it was nice to do business with an automotive shop that had some integrity. And they did what I asked without trying to sell me on additional services or parts I didn't need. I felt there pricing was a tad high, but the alternative was Maxwell Ford and go without a truck for two weeks - so Leonard's pricing can absolutely be justified based on their "let's get you taken care of right now" attitude. I would highly recommend Leonard's Garage to anyone who values their time and wants personalized service, rather than go to the dealership and sit all day in their packed waiting room. Ask for Jonathan. . . and he'll get you taken care of.

I recently went to Leonard's for car repairs. In examining the bill, I've realized that I was charged 100% over retail for the parts. Yes =100%= over =retail=. As far as I'm concerned, this was larceny. I'm not going back to Leonard's, would never recommend the shop to anyone, and in fact, if someone asked about patronizing Leonard's, I would advise them to seek service elsewhere.

I went in for a repair and they were going to charge $160 for a diagnostic fee. They changed a turn signal I didn’t request or approve. They left my wipers on when they knew it had to be turned off for at least a couple of hours . They offered no other solution like pulling a fuse or anything to get the wipers to stop. I had to drive 30 minutes home with the wipers on dry glass . Annoying

hi dr elizabeth, i wish i had known that kathleen wouldnt do my cleaning so i ll make appt another time. i did not want to hurt the sub cleaning but she didnt do a deep cleaning like kathleen alway do for me. i do not feel my teeth is clean all the way thr and feel i need to have it done again if possible. i hope you understand my feeling about it . i truly do miss kathleen and she is so good cleaning my teeth very deeply. pray that kathleen recover soon. she is the best. thank you for listening to my expression. martha harvard
