Parking is not great but make sure you have quarters . Glasses are so much better then America best contacts glasses. The prices are the same but best quality trust me . America best has free of eyes exam it's not worth it . I have very bed experience and with America best nothin I can do but look for best dr . Katie S

Yesterday, I called with an "emergency" at 10:30 am., Dr. Lerner saw me within fifteen minutes of my call.. I'm glad to report, after treatment, within a few hours the irritation to my eye began to subside. Within 24 hours, the medication prescribed worked as predicted. Many thanks Dr. Lerner.

Incompetent and rude. Prescription was wrong from the beginning. Dr. Lerner implied I was lying and prescription changed in a few months. Front desk clerk was aggressive and confrontational.

First, I apologize for your inconvenience and that you had issues with your glasses (from the exam 6 months ago). I always strive to give patients the most accurate glasses prescription possible, based on all the data, measurements, and a patient's responses during the refraction. Sometimes, when the glasses are made, there can be issues, such as lens quality, inaccurate frame fit/adjustment/measurements, or, simply, a slight difference in how you were seeing in the exam room vs. the real world.
My office policy is to perform a re-check up to 90 days after the exam at no cost, in case there are any issues with the new prescription. You did not make an appointment until six months after the exam. Things can change within that time period, and I did measure a slight change in the prescription. We charged a small fee, $25.00, to re-check the prescription, listen to your issues, and I even gave you (at no extra charge) some contact lenses to tide you over. Yes, you did have the glasses made elsewhere, which is fine; but the optical side that practices next to me cannot make you a free pair of glasses; they did not make the initial pair six months ago. I am glad that the other optical worked with you to get you new lenses. Best Wishes for your future endeavors.

I felt Dr. Lerner was exceptionally through in her examination of my eyes. She has the most up to date testing equipment that assists her in diagnosing any medical eye problems that have developed since she tested my eyes two years ago .
