Receptionist calls you and leaves a message to come in Monday at 2:00. I’ve been waiting for a few parts to come to repair my dentures. I drive over an hour. Only to be asked why I was there. Because you called last week and told me you spoke to the Dr and he wants you in Monday for repairs. They then tell me oh sorry your parts are not in. They are on back order.
