Receptionist calls you and leaves a message to come in Monday at 2:00. I’ve been waiting for a few parts to come to repair my dentures. I drive over an hour. Only to be asked why I was there. Because you called last week and told me you spoke to the Dr and he wants you in Monday for repairs. They then tell me oh sorry your parts are not in. They are on back order. Then why would you make me drive over an hour for nothing. No one ever answers the phone. You leave a voice message. They never call you back!!! Just a whole disorganized run office. Dread having to deal with going there. It’s always something!

We grew up in the horse and buggy days. I personally hate cell phones & especially texting. We always have our appts on the calendar and a postcard or reminder call is fine; however, all that AND a text AND email is TOO MUCH of an interruption and it irritates ME.
