Normally I go to the Nottingham office but apparently they do not take my insurance. Oh fiddlesticks. So I went to the Harford Road office and it was just so nice. The woman at the front desk has very nice hair and a pleasant attitude to match. Honestly, I did not mind not being able to go to the Nottingham office, because it really is nothing like Nottingham, I mean, come on, they don’t even have a fox with archery abilities. Like, what’s up with that?

The refractionist who works there has the last name House. She looks nothing like Hugh Laurie, but that’s not her fault, I guess. She does have a much better American accent though.

The two oculists who work there are funny and should have their own podcast. I sat down and told them to pick out frames for me and then I pitted them against each other so as to receive the best service. Things were tense between them when I left, but hopefully they’ve worked out their frame differences.

Overall, stellar service and wonderful people. I would imagine they would be fun to go to Top Golf with.

From the minute I hit the front door I'm greeted with a smile and made to feel at home. The doctor and the technicians take special care to see that my needs for my eyecare are met. I appreciate the positive interaction, examinations, and over all concern for my eye health and well being.

Yes me and my daughter came in on Friday, May 12 for my little girls exam. The examiner that picks the glasses out to help you was very rude she did not want to help us and she brushed us away very fast she didn’t wanna really give you eye contact and she wasn’t very nice with her attitude talking to you. She basically wanted to just brush you are very fast and be done with you. There are examples of my little girl to come in she had a eyes exam and when she was done she came out to pick glasses the Lady was rude flat out completely and utterly rude if something needs to be done about her immediately
