Karl Malicdem tested my 93 year old Mom’s eyes. He was very caring and kind to her throughout the test. He patiently explained to her what he was doing and why. He is VERY personable and made the visit very pleasant. I am my Mom’s care giver and don’t always see the level of kindness and treatment displayed by Karl. He is an asset to your business.

My absolute best eye doctor experience in 32 years of wearing glasses! Dr. Howard Levin was so professional and courteous - he really put me at ease during my visit. I am in the medical field and loved the in depth patient education he provided while reviewing my retina scan (I have some risk factors and he explained the WHY behind them). I never felt rushed during my visit. All the staff in the front were engaging in friendly conversation and really seem to enjoy working with one another. Kudos to the whole team for a lovely experience!
