I asked for an itemized receipt, and was told it would be emailed to me. I still have not received it over a week after my visit. I was also told my contacts would be delivered within a week and they were not. They did not reach out to update me on the delivery. Strongly considering switching practices because of this lack of follow up. This was completely different than my experience the previous year.

Dr. K was very fun and informative and knew what he was doing. Was my first eye exam since I was a kid because I have very good vision but i learned some good things and got some more details about some things that can help and benefit the eyes going forward regardless.
