My visit was at Rochester Hills. Whenever I go, whoever I see, our discussion is always thorough and helpful. My opinions and thoughts are considered and discussed as part of my treatment plan. My appointments are never rushed. Everyone is always friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever gone to a doctor’s office and actually looked forward to going, but I do at Longevity.

Great people. Appreciate my Dr. I’d give them all 5 ‘s. Trying to learn how to go to specialists without info from the front desk. The specialists say they need info from the office and the office should call. I have the fax number ready but the front desk tells me that the specialists need to call the front desk. That’s a very 3 way of doing things. Rather than directly giving me the Drs directive or just faxing the info to the specialist. Either way, the info has to be gathered. Why not gather it now and fax or hand to me? Because if this confusion, I’d give a 3.

Since Dr. James Lewerenz has been my primary physician, I have been very satisfied with his service. I have been very satisfied with the professional & punctual service of his office personnel.

Finally, my family & I just recently relocated to Ridgeland, Ms. I'm going to keep him as my primary physician as long as I can..

I'm assuming this follows my recent frustrating attempts to purchase my prescribed supplements? Apparently suppliers were unable to fulfill your orders for several items . I'm still waiting for L-Glutamine (2 to 3 weeks), and just last Friday was finally able to purchase Xymozyme and XymobolX. I was told that these supplements were on back order at the suppliers. Perhaps there is a need for earlier ordering to avoid this? After all, if I question the expense of supplements (not covered by my insurance), Dr. Lewerenz asks , "Do I get credit for keeping you healthy?" And my answer is , "Yes." So please work at having supplements always on hand so I can stay healthy!

That's my only frustration. As always, Susie and other personnel are very cordial and as helpful as possible.
