Always have a great experience at Lexington-Bedford Veterinary Hospital. Brought in my 2 year old cat for her annual check up and inoculations. The tech who did the blood draw was lovely and gentle and, as usual, Dr. Banks was thorough. We've been bringing out cats to this vet for more than 30 years and have never been disappointed.

Dr. Liz Johnson has been the answer to my prayers for finding a compassionate, friendly and caring provider that has both a genuine interest in my pet and his well-being. I also think very highly of Dr. Johnson's assistant, Ingram. These two individuals, as well as the great staff at the front desk, are true assets to the Hospital.

Everyone was friendly from the front of the house to the back of the house the assistant and the clinician. I was disappointed that this visit, unlike all previous visits, my pet was taken into another room to complete the visit. In the past my pet and I have been seen by an older clinician and the exam and the shots were always done right there with me. I believe for the moral of the pets it is better for the owner to be present. My pet is a tough one and I know that, I know force needs to happen but I prefer to be present in the future. If I am unable to be, I may consider going else where instead. Also, it would be helpful for the cost of the office visit to be disclosed at the time of booking, 90$ is a bit much just for the visit.

Kaylee is a little sheltie that was rescued from a kill shelter in Texas. She is so sweet and I love her dearly. The staff knows she can be very shy and easily frightened and interact with her with

that in mind. I feel so fortunate to have such a competent, friendly and caring group of care givers for Kaylee and Tara ( my other little sheltie!)

On Saturday, I walked in without an appointment and carrying a very ill kitten. I was seen immediately and given emergency care for my kitten. I have used this clinic for ordinary care for many years, and find the new staff to be capable of extraordinary care. Dr Doidge is smart, compassionate and patient....and the new office staff is responsive, friendly and well trained.

Erin is a very highly skilled and talented stylist. I have been to several other salons and not been happy with the experience nor the outcome. Erin styled my hair and gave me a great cut. I have course thick hair which has proven to be difficult or impossible for other stylists to deal with. I also like the Pyara salon experience and the ambiance. . Thank you.
