Everyone was friendly from the front of the house to the back of the house the assistant and the clinician. I was disappointed that this visit, unlike all previous visits, my pet was taken into another room to complete the visit. In the past my pet and I have been seen by an older clinician and the exam and the shots were always done right there with me. I believe for the moral of the pets it is better for the owner to be present. My pet is a tough one and I know that, I know force needs to happen but I prefer to be present in the future. If I am unable to be, I may consider going else where instead. Also, it would be helpful for the cost of the office visit to be disclosed at the time of booking, 90$ is a bit much just for the visit.
We are very sorry to hear this. Our technicians and doctors are always supposed to ask if they can take the animal to the back for procedures. At the slightest hesitation on the owner's part, the pet will stay in the room with the owner.
