Established in 1960 on Massachusetts Avenue by Dr. A. Peter Manickas, the privilege and tradition of providing the highest quality and compassionate dentistry for families in Lexington and surrounding towns continues to be our goal. As a dental team we create long term relationships with our patients providing education and comprehensive care for a lifetime of excellent oral health and overall wellness.
As prosthodontists we are trained to treat the most comprehensive and challenging restorative dental concerns, creating beautiful smiles along with a functional dentition. Some of our many services include Cosmetic Dentistry, Dental Crowns, Dental Implants, and Family Dentistry. In addition, our practice provides complete dental care for all ages with a goal to help everyone maintain a healthy and attractive smile. For our younger patients we work closely with well established orthodontists when it comes time to straighten your teeth and create your smile! For our patients in need of dental implants we work as a team with the best periodontists and oral surgeons in this area to coordinate care from the beginning treatment planning phases through completion of treatment and beyond! And for those headed for warmer climates in the winter, we have the most current digital technology that has allowed us to develop a network of referring dentists to coordinate dental care should an emergency arise while away.
