I was really excited to go to LifeStyle Salon because of the more natural products, which were lovely. I emphasized that I wanted to keep my hair long, though I said it needed a trim. Joy- who was very nice- even made a small snip that we agreed to for the overall length I wanted at the mid-back before she started cutting. But when it was all done, my hair length is at the top of my shoulders, a good 6 inches+ cut off. I said I need an easy hairstyle that I can pull back loosely for comfort- now I need headbands and pins to pull it back, and it's still too tight. I felt my requests were not listened to. My hair grows slowly, so it will be a long time before I have long hair again. I gave 2 stars because I like the products used, and I agree her prices are reasonable if I got the cut I had asked for.
