Lifetime Pet Centers in New Richmond has always been a wonderful place to take my pets. I have received nothing but great customer service. The young lady who checked us out even entertained my 3 year old son who insisted on seeing the kittens behind the glass. She was so sweet and so patient with us. Thank you so much for another great experience!

If you have a cat with behavioral problems and you're at your wits-in, Dr. Miller is the next call you should make. After numerous ruined carpets, leather sofa, window frames and too many Vets to count I finally called Lifetime Pet Center. The Doctor took his time, tried several options and after about a month kitty turned back to one of the best cats I've ever owned. The staff is eager to please and very professional too.
I do not feel I was listened to regarding my concerns about my pets health. I asked several times to speak to the vet about my questions. When he came in for the exam, they were never addressed. The vet stepped out; I expected him to come back, but he never did. I asked his assistant again my questions and she said she would ask. I feel that many costs are accrued unnecessarily and options are not discussed well. I asked several times about the cost of the lab work and was told “I will look it up.” I never got the total until after the labs were drawn and I got to the front desk. I was told the cost of vaccines and office visits after I asked. I did not feel we were treated honestly. Even worse than the expense, was not being able to have input and talk with the vet regarding my questions. It is a beautiful, calm facility, but I am not pleased with the lack of communication. Our first visit was fabulous, so I am truly hoping this was just a ‘bad’ day there.
