I think Dr. Culp is a good doctor but I cannot recommend his practice. The front-end staff needs help. Every time I have my appointment, everything runs smoothly until I need to check out. It takes forever and all I need is to order contacts. At my last appointment, since I know it takes them a while, I told the woman that I only had 20 minutes to dedicate to check out as I needed to pick up my daughter from preschool. There was no other customer at the time, yet she ran around all flustered. In the end, I had to leave, pick up my daughter, and return to finish the process. That was unacceptable.

I apologize for this inconvenience. I have recently made major changes to our frontoffice policies to remedy this situation. We are also in the process of computerizing our patient records and I am changing my scheduling pattern to speed things significantly. I am working hard to make the front office work as efficiently as the clinic. I also have assigned Bonnie as my customer service rep so if you know you need to get out by a certain time you can make special arrangements with her.
