Very professional help in picking the right elevator and features. Excellent installation. Crews arrive on-time. They are careful and look after all the details when doing the work. At the end of each day, they clean up after themselves, leaving as little mess as is possible for a major remodeling project. They explain the work and offer options as they come across the unavoidable surprises that happen.

I love the customer service.
What I've found is that they love what they are doing. This shows me that this ones from the top...working as a team.

I thought price was an estimate. I didn't know it was a fixed price. $254 an hour is a pretty stiff labor charge...

Paul showed us how to unstick the elevator when it's stuck upstairs, but the underlying problem remains. We hope to get the Wessex tech back for a service call to make a proper adjustment next time he comes to California.

Provided LiftKar unit that best met our need to climb two flights of stairs, one outside and one inside. Always available to answer questions, even when out of state. Highly recommend them to help with your mobility needs.

Technician Hector found probable wiring issue with elevator external control up/down button switches and scheduled work order for resolution. Service call was performed within 36 hours after contact to LAS office.

At Lift & Accessibility Soloutions they are friendly and trustworthy.. We live in Sacramento, quite a distance from Santa Rosa, but when we call with a problem they are ready with a fix.

They always do an amazing job - I’m so grateful to them for installing my son’s lift and always servicing it quickly. Best place to go if you need specialized lifting equipment. They really know their stuff.
