Paul showed us how to unstick the elevator when it's stuck upstairs, but the underlying problem remains. We hope to get the Wessex tech back for a service call to make a proper adjustment next time he comes to California.

As always your people are really first class. We have scarred the banister. Understand it is our fault. However we do need Hector again to move the system about 4 or 5 inches.
