As always your people are really first class. We have scarred the banister. Understand it is our fault. However we do need Hector again to move the system about 4 or 5 inches.

The actual repair service performed by the technician was excellent. Problem solved. Quick response time from first call to in-home repair. However, I found the invoice to be higher than expected, even after discussions with the owner. The original estimate assumed the tech was driving all the way from Santa Rosa to Willits and back, just to repair my stair lift. However, there was another service call that brought him 80% of the way here, so there should have been an adjustment for both travel time and mileage. There was none.

They were very professional in installing our wheelchair lift.

This was a new product manufactured in Italy.

There were a few glitches with the unit. They figured it all out and it runs beautifully.

These guys were able to accommodate an installation the very next day after an inquiry. They had what was needed in stock.

Very nice installer. Although I was surprised how long the installation itself took. But we ended up with a stairlift quickly, when we needed it.

We were very pleased with the careful workmanship of both Paul and Hector in locating and mounting grab bars to our bathroom walls studs securely, without damaging the surrounding surfaces. This included two grab bars installed against bathtub tile walls in one bathroom and a third grab bar installed inside an acrylic steam spa shower.
