The vet was so nice and calming for my puppy’s first time!

I’ve been going to Linwood Animal Hospital for decades. Missy had a great visit yesterday and my pets always get great care there. Thank you, Dr. V and all the wonderful staff at Linwood.

Absolutely fabulous staff. First visit and my dog was so comfortable and at ease with the Veterinarian and the vet techs.

Bringing in a cat with an attitude is not easy for staff. Dr Dion had time to squeeze a fighterand exam and test drawn. Dr. A. emailed next day with results and plan. We were well cared for.

I switched to Linwood after many years with my former vet and a few bad experiences. Staff was so kind and went over all the costs with me throughout the appointment.

Dr. A was great as usual with my difficult cat, the tech was very good also. The exam went well and they were able to draw blood and urine as stress free as possible for my cat.

The doctor was very through in her exam and clearly explained what she was doing. The discharge instructions are easy to follow and our furry family member is on the mend.

Everyone is super friendly and extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend to a friend or anyone looking for an animal hospital.

Receptionists in the lobby were making fun of other customers when they couldnt hear. They set off a dog that then began growling/postering at cats. When I was seen late for my appointment the vet tech recommended something that I didnt agree with based on my cats personality. I wanted her to remain in my lap rather than the table because she bolts randomly after freezing. Because she had a leash and was on the table I was concerned she would harm herself. However, I dont think my point was even heard rather than properly processed. The vet tech then continued to talk down to me about how good the cat was (she was freezing, and at any point could have bolted or jerked). During the vaccination they made me take hands off my cat, fully the exact opposite of what I was trying to advocate for in the beginning. After this happened, my cat jerked during the vaccine (as predicted). It was fine, but wouldnt have happened if I would have been listened to rather than patronized to. The vet asked no questions about my cat’s habits personality etc and took 30 seconds to recommend thousands in surgery for a concern I didn’t come for, offering no other care plans. I felt more like I was in a used car dealership than somewhere that was supposed to care about me and my animal. I will be getting her fully vaccinated but don’t intend to work with Linwood past that.

I have been taking my cats here since the 1970’s and the care they receive is always great and caring and the front staff is very friendly also.
