My wife and I bought a used '91 Ford E250 van last September. The van ran great except for the fact that the steering seemed like it had an excessive of “play" in it when we were driving on the freeway, it was a constant struggle to keep it in between the lines of the lane we were in. We took it to Best Buy Automotive in Gardena to be inspected and repaired. They told us there was nothing wrong with the steering and that there was nothing they could do to repair it. Unsatisfied with this diagnosis, we took it to Lions Automotive, the lobby was clean and inviting, there was plenty of parking, and Jack behind the counter was courteous and understanding. Our van was returned three days later, the front end had been aligned and the steering box had been tightened, the van handled much better on the freeway but we noticed a vibration in the front end at seventy miles an hour. We returned to Lions and described the problem. We once again picked up the van after the wheels had been balanced. What a difference! The van handles beautifully at all speeds on the freeway. Thank you Lions Automotive.
