had a good visit and it was timely . i did not have to wait long. but when i called back a few days later to try to order contacts it didn't seem like every one was up to date on my information. i spoke to 3 different people who had to put me on hold for about 5-10 minutes to figure out what my information and insurance situation was.
We had a great experience! They were a little behind schedule (30 minutes) on our first visit, but once we got seen, Dr. Hazelhurst and his staff did a great job. We really appreciated the front desk helping us with our contact lense orders and reminding us about the mail-in rebates.
