Front office was very nice. Very professional and took care of my needs. The employees who work in the back are very knowledgeable and made this patient feel very comfortable. Lastly, Dr. Bert is the best. He explains the patient’s chart with them and he answered all of the questions.

I do not recommend coming here. The positives: the doctor was very nice and seemed skilled. Two of the assistants were very friendly and capable and put in effort to make me comfortable. The negatives: if you select frames that become uncomfortable and return them, they will not refund you at all if you select cheaper frames. More importantly, the two ladies who work in the frame selection area came off as consistently judgmental and condescending, so having to work with them was really uncomfortable. When they spoke to me, it felt like they thought I was lying or stupid. One in particular questioned what I was trying to tell her about the frames hurting my nose and repeatedly pushed back on what I was trying to explain. I won’t come back to this eye doctor.
