Normally my experiences are very good. My dog does not do well with shots so he normally only gets one at a time. Both the tech and vet told me kennel cough would be intranasal and then he would get a Lyme vaccine injection. When I got home, he very quickly started to be his lethargic post vaccine self, I called the vets office to see where his injection site was so I would know where he would be sore and I was extremely unhappy to find out that they gave him 2 injections instead of one.
As always, Dr. Clegg and the staff who worked with us were kind and thorough. Dr. Clegg assessed our dog and answered all ccncerns. Under this stressful circumstance I was confident that all would be well.
Our experience was wonderful. The front office staff were friendly and courteous and quick to get us into our appointment with Dr. David Clegg. As always, he was pleasant and happy to see Beau. I came to him for a consult on Beau's jaw alignment and under bite as I trust his opinion and diagnosis wholeheartedly. The over all experience was fantastic!
From the scheduling staff to the mechanics, John's Auto Care really does care about their customers! My brake job was explained to me by the chief mechanic Bill - he was thorough, professional, and courteous. Are they the cheapest? No. But they are honest, thoughtful, and worth every penny!
