Dr. Messina and her colleagues have been very caring to my sick Tatum last week Thursday, 8/4/22. I appreciate Dr. Messina's compassion and her dedication to her patients's wellbeing. Tatum is well now and I want to thank you.

I have been coming to LAH for 10 years. In 10 years, I have NEVER had an issue. Dr. D was amazing. I used to joke with my family thag i wanted my dogs’ vet to be me doctor. Just before COVID, Dr. D left. COVID hit and us humans were no longer allowed inside with our pets and there was a different doctor seeing our pets each visit. The hours also changed and are practically not sustainable for anyone who has a job. This was understandable because times were tough and the staff remained top notch, so throughout the entire pandemic I have been committed to staying a LAH patient. Christine is a superstar. This week I brought my dogs in and for the first time since COVID I was allowed back into the office! I met Dr. Messina who has been seeing my dogs recently. LAH is a completely different animal hospital than it was prior to March of 2020.

None of the staff is recognizable. There is no more warm and fuzzy welcoming crew. Dr. Messina was disrespectful and rude through my entire visit with both of my dogs. She at one point suggested I “shoot” whoever told me to purchase the over-the-counter version of my dogs medication when the prescription type was not attainable - which was the LAH staff. She also lectured me on how taking the cheaper route is not the best case scenario for our pets - my lab has IVDD and I have spent well over 30k on medical bills alone for just that issue. I can assure you cost is not my concern when it comes to the health of my pets. I suggest she review her patient charts before entering her exam rooms. The entire hour I was at the appointment, I felt disrespected and belittled. Needless to say, I will not be coming back to LAH. It is sad to say since we have been coming here for so long, but I cannot bring myself to come back.

I had a minor emergency for a wellness check for a dog I was adopting. They had me come in in 2 hours!!!!!!!!! Amazing. From front desk to vet techs to Dr, Messina everyone so nice, accommodating , kind and they passed their knowledge on to me. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA+++++++++++++++++THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
