Hi, we are really sorry about your experience at LRA it seems that there might have been some misscommunication on our part about the promotion offered. To Clarify, the Blowdry Bar promotion is available at $35, this is performed by a Jr Stylist. However we have the regular Blowdry rates that depend on each stylist. Because this was a misunderstanding on our part we would like to offer you a complimentary 15 minute head and shoulder massage. Ask for Lina our wellness associate at the front desk, she is available from 12-7 pm.
