I went to Lloyds because several people including another garage thought I had transmission problems. A diagnostic test was done and thankfully it was a grounding bolt, sensors and a dirty air filter that was causing my problems. The service at Lloyds was friendly and they gave me a ride back home.

The wrong air filter was delivered so they cleaned up my old one and reinstalled that. It seems to run a lot better. Somehow my date and time were reset to a date in march of 2012. I reset the time but will have to go back in and ask them to input the correct date. Overall I'm happy with the results and I'd go back for future repairs and would recommend them to others.

I brought in my vehicle to have the AC charged. It had not been charged for about 3 years. I was told I could pay the $49 to have it evaluated to make sure the AC was ok and would not need any parts. I was then told it was fine and I paid the extra money to have it charged. I was made a two week follow up appt. to check it. At this appt. I was told that I do need my AC serviced and that it is leaking freon. This would be around $400. Plus my power steering fluid was leaking so that will be an additional $400. My question is why did I pay for the eval,.and to have my AC charged, when in fact it did leak and I would be paying for additional costs. I did not understand why I was not told all this at my eval. appt. This could've saved me the AC charge amount to possibly pay to have it fixed. This left me feeling not so great about your company. I will not be rec. you to anyone. I was really excited to have a nice place, close by my home, to service our four vehicles. I will now be taking our money somewhere else.

I was broken down but they got me right in when there was an opening. It wasn't long and I was back on the road. I really appreciate these guys and I won't forget it.
