We have taken all our fur babies to Lodi vet hospital for as long as we've had them,and we wouldn't take them any where else. From checkups to boarding, Lodi veterinary hospital has handled it all,with care. All the people that work there show that they care as much about our fur babies as we do. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication towards helping us raise happy,healthy dogs!

So I just moved to Lodi and was looking for a new vet and found you on Google. I read the reviews and decided that this is the place that I wanted for my fur babies. My female (Jessie) has re occurring UTI's and this one is a doozy. Anyways, I called and was told that there was no appts available for the day but I could do "walk in" at 3. Ok so far everything seemed good. I waited awhile before being seen, which I understand since I was a walk in, however after being moved to a room and sitting there another 30 mins without anyone coming in, after being told that she would be "right" back to take her weight and temperature (which never happened) the doctor came in talked to me for maybe 5 mins and said we can just give her a antibiotic, which btw this is her 4 UTI in 6 months, I know I am on a budget and stated that, however when I spoke with someone when making the appt. she was very helpful with pricing and steps we can take, much more informative then the doctor. I had to mention that to the doctor and had to ask if we could do the "probe" to get a culture. Why should I have to ask that? He seemed confused about what the front desk had told me. I feel like he was rushed and didn't have the time to explain or even listen. He took her back and said everything looked ok and that she was going to get some antibiotics. Then I just sat there before another tech entered the room and said I'll be done in a minute. Still no weight or temp taken. Finally before checking me out, she comes in and says we need to get her weight which I am assuming to prescribe the correct dosage. Then the checkout process...the woman at the front was RUDE, I seemed to annoy her, I noticed and stated that morning when I called that you get 10% off as new client for "liking" FB page. I mentioned that and instantly she was annoyed, maybe even a eye roll. I felt ashamed for even asking. With a big sign and her just walking away without saying a work went to ask someone how to apply the discount. When she returned she gave me the total. I wrote a check and handed it to her, to which she replied to you have ID, I get it, but I was so uncomfortable at this point and she didn't make it any better by checking the payment method over and over like I was writing a hot check!? She continued to look at it even as she put it in the drawer. She had no personality and made me feel like I was a criminal for writing a check. No thank you, no goodbye until I prompted it. I am sorry to that I felt this way, but I am a business owner myself and would never make anyone feel as if they are not welcome in which ever manner that may be. I don't know if I will return, which is really disappointing since your reviews are so good. So bottom line, it did not feel welcoming or warm, it felt rushed and I feel like I was just a annoyance to everyone there.

The team at Lodi Vet ALWAYS addresses all of my concerns. We have had a crazy year of complex medical issues for our young black lab and I couldn’t imagine taking her anywhere else. They call to follow up after appointments to check up, they tolerate her energy when she’s in the office, and I know they’re giving her the best care she needs!
