My adjustment was tremendous! I was scheduled for 10:30, and was 10 minutes late. I waited another 20 minutes to be seen. I was not given the usual time in the massage chair after adjustment, but instead was rushed into the 1 hr. massage appointment instead. That was scheduled for 11:00, the time I was called for my adjustment. The masseuse was still in the office with another appointment, when lunch time arrived so I didn't have to be rushed after all. They could have gone first with ease. No one thought about that I guess. Then when I came out from this therapeutic massage, I didn't realize that the staff's lunch was in progress, with no clock in view. When I asked about the massage chair time, I was abruptly told "No, it's lunchtime so you can't be on the chair, no one is here or would be here for that." I know the sanctity of lunch is a precious one, but then why was I scheduled so close to it, when my schedule was open for any range of time as needed. I can't know the transition times of an office I do not work in. I came to expect flexibility since I extend it as well. Things happen, both ways. I didn't expect a complete turn down, shutout, "Oh well..." Procedures I thought were in place, missed the mark today.

We have taken your input into consideration and in the future will ensure that if we don't have suffiecient time for all therapies, we will reschedule at a convenient time for you, at no additional charge. great staff, very friendly, short waiting time. Dr. Loeffler is very good, my back, neck and hips feel better for much lot longer than when i went to other chiropractors. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up

The staff is sensitive to the patients condition and listens intently to help retrieve answers that otherwise could escape the patients attempts to explain.

My experience with Dr. Loeffler was awesome! I Feel much better after every visit and the staff is super nice and friendly! Dr. Loeffler is really nice and easy to talk to as well. Very recommended A+

I would recommend Loeffler Chiropractic to anyone. Without Dr. Loeffler's health instructions for my condition I would not have the quality of life I now enjoy. I urge anyone to see him for back pain or any other pain related to chiropractic healing.
