Bridgett is amazing! She is such a talented colorist and stylist! Every time I come in I leave with flawless hair. Bonus is that she is also super cool so it's an absolute pleasure being in her chair and getting to chat with her for an hour or two!

I understand the need to keep everyone safe from covid , and I am totally happy wearing a mask in my massage. However, when the masseuse wears vinyl gloves throughout the massage, it takes away from the enjoyment of the experience. Not only did the gloves make a lot of noise, but they chafed on my skin when the oil or lotion inevitably dried up. I had raw red spots on my skin for hours afterward, and I found myself focused on the unpleasantness of the massage rather than relaxation. I obviously wasn't going to ask her to remove the gloves, as I am sure she was wearing them to protect herself and me, but I was physically uncomfortable.

Gava is the best, hands down. I have never felt like I’ve gotten what I wanted from a hair stylist until I met her. She always takes the type to ask what I want and then explain what she’s going to do and my hair always turns out fantastic. I used to jump around from stylist to stylist because I never loved my hair, but now, I will only be going to Gava

Nice staff but I don’t have much confidence in a few of the stylists abilities after 2 botched haircuts/highlights. I asked for subtle ashy blonde highlights and left with blue, orange, blonde and brown streaks in my hair. The right side of my hair was longer than the left.

When I brought my concerns to management they were apologetic and quick to offer suggestions on how to rectify my experience which I really appreciated.
