I left the salon very happy with my service, however the next day my hair began to smell burnt. its a terrible smell that will not go away and only gets worse during washing and leads me to believe that my hair was seriously damaged during my appointment. As you might imagine, I'm very upset by this.

I am hoping I have the right person but I got a massage from Chris. Thought it was fantastic!. Very attentive to pressure and how much was enough vs. too much or not enough. Totally relaxed. Thanks Chris for a wonderful experience. If I lived in DC I would be a regular.

Although Kasandra came highly recommended, she must have been having a terrible day. She was rather standoffish when we first met and then seemed to be just going through the motions during my massage. She kept plopping my hands/arms back on the table and just kind of pushing my body around. I almost asked her if I had done something to make her angry, but thought that'd be silly since we had barely spoken before the massage. At the end, she yanked off the eye covers and bluntly said that her time was done. A pretty awful experience from start to finish.

Everyone was so nice. Facility was clean and amenities were nice. Doug did a great job with my highlight and cut, I am very happy and will be back!

Friendly, make an effort to get to know you and understand your needs. Professional and great at what they do - delighted with my hair cut and beard trim. They make it a real personal experience rather than just a haircut.
