Really appreciated Dave’s expertise with MGs. He pointed out several errors and shortcuts made with prior repairs. His knowledge meant we fixed the root problem with the fuel system, rather than just slapping in a new pump.

Repair of my 1999 Ford Ranger took just short of two months, partly due to the trouble getting parts and the complex problems with the truck, but mainly due to the crush of work at London Auto. But Christian persisted in working through those obstacles and finally gave me a vehicle that runs well. London is a good repair shop, which probably explains the massive work load.

I have been a client of London Auto for over 30 years. They have serviced my 1972 Lotus Elan Sprint "Big Valve" as well as my 1974 BMW 3.0 CS. Where other garages would have turned me away, Nick and Tom treated me as if I were part of the family. Although Tom retired ten or so years ago, we still keep in touch mainly to share stories of the positives and negatives associated with the total restoration of my 3.0 CS, for which Tom coordinated with numerous outside vendors as well as the "hands on" aspects of the motor and drive train, which were restored on site. Although it took 3+ years to complete this project, it was well worth it! As the original and only owner of this vehicle, I can say that it runs better now than when I purchased it new in the Sping of 1974. Recently, I took it in for a general service, if there is such a thing for a vehicle that is 47 years old, and Nick and his team did not disappoint. It is rare these days to find an organization that truly prides itself on customer service and going the "extra mile" to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the workmanship as well as the cost factor. For example, I had asked if there was any way possible to convert my Alpine Multi-function Sound System to enable iPod capability. Rather than saying that we aren't an Audio Shop, the guys went to great lenghths to investigate all options and when after an exhaustive search to locate the correct wiring harness proved impossible, they did not charge me one cent for the hours of time and energy put forth on my behalf! ENOUGH SAID. These guys are the most highly trained technicians that I have come across in my many years as a car enthusiast and extremely focused on the issues that you may have with your vehicle. A score of TEN (10) does not even begin to express the capabilities and care that you will experience at London Auto.

I appreciated the way that London auto went the extra mile to diagnose and fix an 1985 Vanagon AC unit. They were patient and essentially were willing and flexible to take on a job that other shops would not touch; converting an outdated Freon based AC unit to a R134 based unit...They treated my vehicle as if it were their own vehicle - working with me (the customer) and what would work within my means. Great service

London Motors has been taking care of my Fiat 2000 for years. At 38 years of age it is treated very special when being serviced. I would not go any where else for work. Nick Vandala has a complete understanding of this sports car.
