London Auto thought, upon first inspection, that I needed a new brake caliper, not just new brake shoes. A sensor had broken off, so I got no notice of trouble with the front brakes. Fortunately, removing corrosion on the caliper made it usable again. The original estimate of $1800 ended as $1000. I trust London Auto implicitly, not just to work on my Jaguar XF with excellent, talented technicians and the latest software needed, but to be honest and have utmost integrity.

Nick, Paul, and Dominic made an amazing tag team, got my car in immediately as it was a water pump going out and they understand well the urgency of cooling system repairs! Can’t thank them enough for their speed, professionalism, and attention to detail!

London Auto is the go to shop for mechanical work on your old or new car. For old cars like mine (1967) there’s no onboard computer to tell the technician what’s wrong and what’s right. It takes skill and experience, and the London team has a ton of both. Plus they’re just a great group of guys. Don’t think twice, just make the appointment.

Always a pleasure to do business with London Auto - friendly people and excellent service. Jonny worked on my MG; he immediately diagnosed an electrical problem, generally checked her over and now she’s running beautifully.
I shall continue always to recommend London Auto.

Christian did a great job in diagnosing my rough running problem and repairing it, plus gave me a lot of good advice on what might have happened and how to look for problems in the future. But they are a very busy shop so you may need to be patient.

Knowledgeable, insightful, straightforward and thoughtful approach throughout the diagnostic process. What followed were carefully explained and substantiated options and what to prioritize. Cost/benefit factors were discussed allowing me to make informed decisions. Dave was an absolute joy to work with. Honest approach and available when needed. Great shop and highly recommended.

I entrusted London Auto with my 1976 Alfa Romeo Spider for several months during the winter while I was out of town. They performed the necessary service, primarily a tune up, and kept the car until I returned. Outstanding service, quality work and reasonable cost. What more could you ask for?
