My car was never fixed and I was charged almost 2k. I had to take my car back to the shop because it was still stalling and they told me, a part that they fixed came loose. 2 weeks later, the same problem, I didn't bother even going back but I took it to John in Norfolk and he replaced my coil packs and I haven't had any issues.
Not to mention my watch and chain was stolen out of my car while my car was at this shop, but I didn't even report it because I knew it wouldn't be returned...

This review makes no sense. Last visit was in April 2022 for "Doesn't want to accelerate & brake inspection. Had codes but was running good when we road tested. Had a bad oxygen sensor which she declined repair. It needed all 4 brakes, a left rear wheel bearing and a bad engine mount. Which she did approve and we replaced all. Road tested after repairs and still had no running issue. She came back a week later with vibration at idle. We found the air inlet hose to the throttle body had come loose. Corrected that and again road tested with no issue. Running normal after repair.

I have always used London Bridge and had always been very pleased with them, but had moved to Chesapeake recently so taking my vehicles there was not as easy. I had another shop look at my van and eventually they gave up and told me I needed a new computer install due to the engine not running correctly. I took the vehicle back and took it to London Bridge instead and they found it was actually a timing belt issue.
Even them being 30 minutes away from me now, they will be the only shop I use from now on.

This is a business where you never have to call and listen to a recording... because a person (in fact, a real, live, friendly lady) answers the phone. The owners (2 brothers-- one heads mechanics and one heads body shop-- whose father started the company) are available to talk to, and they know the business. They're smart, profesional, and honest. As usual, I had another outstanding experience at London Bridge. When I took my truck in for inspection, they told me I'd need brakes in about 6 months. Because of the heads up, I got it in for service at the right time and avoided any damage or incident. I wouldn't go anywhere else and haven't for over 10 years.
