I bought a car that had been neglected a bit and knew it had needs! I was scheduled and they got right to the car, They completed the entire estimate by 11am and completed the things I asked for by close of business! I was very impressed with the service! They got my car in and took great care of it. We discussed the timetable for the future needs considering what is best for the car and my purse! They were able to help me prioritize my repair needs and services! I cant wait to have all the work completed - I am super confident they will exceed my expectations - in fact they already have! Thanks :)

All I have to say I will NEVER go back here they charged my card twice for one service and I called up there and lady told me they needed my card to credit one payment back to me but when I got up there and showed the lady at the front desk where the bank took a extra payment out my account but some old looking guy looked me in the face and said your bank is a lie we charged you one time it's just showing up twice because it's one payment pending NO that was not the case and he told me to come back Monday this happen on a Friday but to make a long story short the bank gave me my money bank for the extra payment and I will NEVER go back here and I will NEVER refer anyone here I'm all about good customer service !

And here it is Monday and your card was only charged once as I told you it would be. It appears that your bank lied also as I told you. In the future weigh who is telling you what....a bank teller that doesn't give a shit about you or the owner of a business that actually cares. Regardless, I have no control over what or how the credit card processing company does there processes but just as I told you the extra charge was apparently a place holder and you would only be charged once, and that is the case. Had I given you a credit on Friday as you insisted it would mean we would never get paid and we would have had to try to track you down which I am guessing would have been impossible. Sorry we didn't fall for your scam and you are mad that you actually had to pay. I have been in business for almost 20 years now and have seen this scam tried before. Good luck in finding a new shop and we appreciate that you won't be referring us to anyone.

This was my first time to take my car anywhere but the dealership. I absolutely loved the customer service here at Lone Star Bavarian! I had received a postcard in the mail a year or so and decided to come here. I told the team that I really wanted to keep my car for a long time but had fallen out of love with it. Well, after my car was serviced I can honestly say I love my car again! Thank you so much!

Our 2006 mini is all original with very low miles. Until now we have always used dealership service. After talking with Trent we decided to give Lone Star Bavarian a try. The only elements that separate one service company from another is just that quality of work and customer service. LSB did an excellent job, kept us well informed, our car was completed on time at a better price than any dealership. We highly recommend LSB.

I'd like to give higher rating but it's difficult. I've been going to Aveda salons for 5 years and I recently moved to the area. Finding a new stylist can be a struggle, especially when you have short hair. My stylist seemed to understand what I was asking for in a clean up with my pixie cut. My expectations were high because this is Aveda, but they started to break at the shampoo....because that's all I got was shampooed. I am used to conditioner and hot towel, but I guess they don't do that at this salon. Then when she started cutting I could tell she wasn't confident in what she was doing. I waited until she dried and textured before getting concerned but I could see she wasn't too sure by the way she was looking at my head. She kept asking me if I wanted her to do certain things, but I'm paying for a service you perform, I wasnt sure how to answer. I'm not a stylist. She cut a huge chunk out of my bangs and I said something about it and she said oh sorry. I asked her to blend it but she made it worse. Then she said ok, as if she were done, I asked for the mirror to see the back and she said oh yea sorry, I expressed I didnt like the back because it wasnt blending well and she, again, didn't seem confident in what she was doing so I didn't want her to cut anymore. She seemed like she was trying to rush me out of her chair and was annoyed. I went into the bathroom and realized my one side was like 1/2 inch longer and didnt match the other side. I went to her and pointed it out and asked her to fix it so she sat me back in her seat and went to start cutting again but I asked her for a towel at least to catch the hair and she then asked if I wanted a Cape. Again, she seemed annoyed and then cut the longer side shorter than the other had to go back to the other side. I told her ok and thank you. But after I left and went to my car to look at it some more I started crying. It is one of the worst cuts I've ever had and I've had short hair for a few years. I decided to go back in and I explained to the girls at the front, both extremely nice and understanding. They asked another stylist if she would fix my concern with my sides and she did, but I wanted her to fix the back as well but she eplained she didnt have much time so I didn't ask. She recommended I part it the other way until it grows in better. I went home, washed and restyled it and I still think this is one of my worst cuts, ever. I'm omitting names in this review because it's pointless, however each stylist should know their weaknesses. If you have a customer expressing they don't like it. You should ask for help from someone with that strength and be able to read your clients. I'm on the fence about going back. I'm disappointed because I've never had an issue at an aveda, but I don't like the way I was treated and how I'd be received coming back again to ask for them to fix it to grow in better.
