I've been taking my BMWs to Lone Star Bavarian since it's early days in the little shop down the street. The location may have changed, but the service, professionalism and great technical advice have all remained excellent. I honestly don't think I'd own a BMW if Lone Star Bavarian didn't exist. Highly recommended!

The car was repaired in a timely manner and according to what was quoted. The office staff were good in keeping me updated on the status and working with me on splitting the bill for insurance purposes. However, when the radio was repaired and the navigation disk was stuck inside and could not be retrieved, I was not informed about this issue and only realized the problem once my wife left the facilities. If my wife would have not checked it out immediately she could have easily found herself in a difficult or dangerous situation without navigation. We should have been informed of the issue before picking up the vehicle so we could have taken action to prepare. Secondly, when the battery was registered with the computer system, the side panel of the rear end was not put back in place and was just left loose in the trunk, the styrofoam insert which holds the jack was left removed and the plastic cover for the battery was not put back. All of the items were left scattered around and the cover was left raised.

This is an excellent shop. Expensive for sure but less expensive than the dealership. And in my view you get what you pay for. Brought them a partially dead 2010 Mini Cooper S Clubman and now it is running like new. Honest and to the point no bull given.

I appreciate the service also, first time they picked me up all the way from my place and second time dropped off the car, no charge.

Also gave them for a service and asked Trent to check the sunroof it wasn't working, he told me don't bother it is too expensive to repair just leave. Well got a pleasant surprise when I got the car back, sunroof works perfectly. Maybe just needed the computer to be reset, and no I was not charged for making the sunroof work :-) Honest expensive guy! Yes will keep going back to him :-)
