Welcome to Lone Star Pilates, San Antonio's premier Pilates Studio, located in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio, Texas. We are dedicated to teaching students the mind-body system of exercise developed by Joseph H. Pilates. One-on-one, semi-private, and small group classes are offered in a quiet, peaceful setting that offers our students personalized attention to their fitness goals in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
At LSP our teachers and staff are devoted to upholding the integrity of Joseph Pilates work, while implementing modern ideas of functional free movement to address the specific needs of the student. We are proud to be a Fletcher Pilates Studio.
Pilates work aims at total body conditioning with an integrated focus on both large and small muscle groups to address the body as a whole. In fact, the term "Contrology," coined by Joseph Pilates himself, implies total control of the body, mind and spirit.
