I was very satisfied with the work and professionalism of the men. When I had a concern, they promptly came back and corrected the problem. Nothing they originally did, just grout issue that arose. Only thing I would recommend is that you shield appliances and cabinets. Some of the residue from the sanitizing machine got on my stainless dishwasher and refrigerator on the bottom and I had to use Bartenders Keeper to remove it. I did not inform them as I did not notice it til my cleaning lady pointed it out to me and it was a week later so I just took care of it myself. Thankfully it came off.

I had Lone Star Tile & Grout clean and seal my kitchen travertine tile and grout. It looks wonderful! It is as if I have a brand new floor. The technician was on time and very polite. I will definitely call them for future cleaning projects.

Lone Star came out and cleaned and sealed the tile and grout in our master bath shower and it looks like new. They also did the same with the tile floors for the entire downstairs area and we could not believe the remarkable difference it made. We are truly delighted with the results and could not be more happy to recommend them. The guys arrived on time, they were professional, courteous, attentive and thorough. We will be sure to use them again for any such future projects throughout our home.
