The new person is nice, but I think you might want to observe her when doing the neck stretches and the ultra sound to ensure she is doing the same process as the other person has done. Showing someone something and not following thru with the delegation with follow up is a disservice to my time and insurance.
Delegation takes time for the new person to properly understand reading the patients chart and to be able to perform the task. Didn't quite understand this in my own business until ready the book Entreleadership, by Dave Ramsey...
I did let the front desk know yesterday about the ultra sound, but not sure on the neck stretching, doesn't feel like much is being done when performed.
