I like the fact that I didnt have to wait long for an appointment. When I got there I was seen quickly. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Long took time to clear up some medical concerns for me which I appreciated.

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Long herself were knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. They are happy to answer any questions you have about the services they provide and concerns you may have. The environment is warm and inviting and makes you feel safe and comfortable. The new person is nice, but I think you might want to observe her when doing the neck stretches and the ultra sound to ensure she is doing the same process as the other person has done. Showing someone something and not following thru with the delegation with follow up is a disservice to my time and insurance.

Delegation takes time for the new person to properly understand reading the patients chart and to be able to perform the task. Didn't quite understand this in my own business until ready the book Entreleadership, by Dave Ramsey...

I did let the front desk know yesterday about the ultra sound, but not sure on the neck stretching, doesn't feel like much is being done when performed.
