Great service team to include manager Terry!

Booked an appt for Oil change at 12:30 and arrived on time for aervice. Oil change took over an hour with little explanation to lengthy time other than - we had other customers to service first. When i arrived i noted to the front desk I had an appt to attend to at 1:30 and asked if they could complete on time. Attendant estimated 30-45 minutes and should get me out before an hour. I walked next door to get a soda and returned by 1pm Everyones car was completed and gone - the shop had not even started on my Oil change. 1:10 - They finally pull my truck in and meanwhile they completed a walkin inspection who came in after my appt and they left before my oil change was complete. WILL NOT RETURN. Poor service time and pooorer communication

As usual, I always feel that Steve and his staff provides the best diagnosis and repairs. They make sure you understand the process and what to expect upfront. I will continue to refer friends and collegues to this location. My car runs so much better since the fuel pump was replaced timely and efficiently.

Friendly front desk. Seems like good professional service. I was surprised by the $30 up charge for premium oil filter. Never thought they’d be so pricey. Anyway they could have told me before installing that premium filter that it would cost extra

Lady at the front seemed to be in a bad mood, poor customer service. Then the state testing machine went down and she said sorry they can do my inspection. So I left. Go somewhere else that actually want to have customers not someone who treats you like a nuisance.
