I was overall disappointed with my experience. Although the actual service was satisfactory, and interactions cordial, I felt a little deceived about my experience. I made an appointment for an oil change. Upon check in I was offered the 5 pack oil change package. I mulled it over and agreed to purchase the package learning that I would be paying for 3 and getting 2 free. When I picked up my vehicle I then learned that the package was only for 1 specific vehicle. I was not given this information when I was offered it. I was hoping to use my package for my other vehicle as well. I probably wouldn't have purchased the package if I was given all the information up front. All information, specifics, requirements, etc. about an offer should be given to the customer when it is offered, otherwise, the customer will be left feeling deceived about the purchase.
